  • ·        All items are delivered to the Principal dance teacher for distribution to the student and/or Parent/Guardian

  • ·        Orders dispatched from Distributors normally take up to 5 working days with orders processed Monday – Friday.  Those orders placed after 19:00 are processed the next day.

  • ·        The cost of delivery for standard deliveries is free with orders requiring Express delivery incurring an additional fee of £8.00.  The student and/or Parent/Guardian will be consulted if Express delivery is to be applied on a case-by-case basis.   

  • ·        Items available for Express delivery dependant on the Distributors.  Special or Made To Order (MTO) items may require longer delivery periods and the Student, Parent and/or Guardian shall be notified accordingly.

  • ·        Items will be held for collection for a period of 2 weeks from the student’s next class once the items have been received by the Principal Dance Teacher.  At the end of this period, the Student, Parent and/or Guardian will be offered, for a period of 1 week, to have the items delivered to their home address via 1st class at their expense, collected at the Principal Dance Teachers address at an agreed time or returned to the distributor via recorded delivery at their expenses. Beyond the 1-week period, all items shall be returned to the distributor via recorded delivery at Student, Parent and/or Guardian the expense.

  • ·        Warning, the Distributors policy is 14 days from receipt of goods to return items being faulty or incorrect on arrival and 30 days if the Buyer changes their mind on a type, brand etc., therefore it is advised the Student attends the next class following notification from the Principal Dance Teacher that the items have been received to avoid missing the above stated time periods.

  • ·        It is strongly recommended that all clothing and shoes are tried on at the dance hall the same day received prior to leaving for easier & quicker exchanges /refunds.  All other items are to be inspected outside of the hall and it’s changing facilities


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item

  • All garments are to be checked before use as worn clothing, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear, are not accepted.  In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return. 

Change of Mind

  • If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return your items, you have 30 days from date of invoice date to do so. The packaging must be unopened, the item unused and must be 'as new' when returned. Any items received after 30 days or in poor condition, will be subject to a £2.00 per item handling charge or may be rejected.

Return Forms

  • Please use the returns note which is printed on the reverse of the picking slip enclosed with your parcel. As items returned without the correct paperwork are charged a standard fee of £6.00 + VAT per parcel. Any necessary re-packing will be charged at £2.50 + VAT per item.

  • Please mark faults with sticky tape to identify the problem.


  • Credit notes are issued on receipt of returned goods. Credit will remain on your account for a period of 2 years at which time the amount will either be donated to charity or written off.

  • Please note that garments which are not regular stock items will not be accepted back for credit. For reasons of hygiene, items that are not allowed to be exchanged or be credited hats, wigs, hair accessories or underwear even if returned unworn. Where a product has a hygiene sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with legal rights. Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty. CDs, DVDs are also non-returnable.

  • We are unable to accept returns if:

    • A label has been applied to the costume bag or packaging, or if it has been marked in any way

    • The actual label or tag inside the garment has been removed, or marked in any way

    • An item has been returned without the included accessories

    • The date we received the return is more than 28 days after the invoice date

    • Items not in original condition

    • Incorrectly washed garments (always follow fabric care label instructions)

    • Reduced/Sale items

Made to Order (MTO)/Special Order

  • Any MTO/Special order item(s) are non-returnable unless faulty and must be paid for at the time of ordering. MTO/Special order items must be ordered in writing and cannot be ordered online.
