Career

Roisin - Teacher

I started my dancing journey at 3, attending local classes weekly and absolutely loving it.

At 15 I realised my hobby was more of a life passion and auditioned and successfully secured a placed at Arts Educational Schools London where I studied vocationally and academically side by side. At 18 I successfully auditioned at London Studio Centre where I obtained my BA Honors degree in Theatre Dance.

I have taught alongside Alexandra for a number of years and being able to work with the children weekly is the highlight of my week.

Rene - Teacher

René began dancing at the age of 8 when she did many singing, dancing and acting shows with her local dance company. During her teenage years, René had a real passion for musical theatre, but also loved to play the clarinet and saxophone, which she initially trained professionally in once she left college at 18.

Whilst in her second year of training at music college, René found her way back to musical theatre, and successfully auditioned and transferred onto the Musical Theatre course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She is very much looking forward to receiving her BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre Performance next year.

René has worked with children for 4 years, leading holiday camps at different schools. She is really excited to be joining Alexandra at JDPA, and is looking forward to passing her passion on to the children that attend.

Lucy - Teacher

Lucy has been dancing since the age of 3, when she took baby ballet classes, which further diversified into jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, and musical theatre throughout her school years. She later started classical singing training, focusing on operetta and traditional musical theatre repertoire, which fueled her passion to pursue a performing arts career with a specialism in singing.

She gained a place at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and graduated in July 2025 with a first-class honors degree in Musical Theatre.

Lucy is now starting her professional performing career and is super excited to be a part of Just Dance Performing Arts! She hopes to bring a positive and fun energy and is thrilled to be a part of many people’s dance journey!
